• Filled- up request for Reconnection. Authorization letter from the registered connection owner allowing the client to reconnect his/her connection (if the owner is unable to file in the office).
    • Reconnection Fee – ₱ 150.00
  • Submit filled-up request for reconnection form.
  • Pay the reconnection fee and issuance of Offical Receipt. (OR).
  • Personnel proceed to the water meter of the consumer and reconnects water services
