- Filled- up request for Reconnection. Authorization letter from the registered connection owner allowing the client to reconnect his/her connection (if the owner is unable to file in the office).
- Reconnection Fee – ₱ 150.00
- Submit filled-up request for reconnection form.
- Pay the reconnection fee and issuance of Offical Receipt. (OR).
- Personnel proceed to the water meter of the consumer and reconnects water services
- Filled- up request for Relocation. Authorization letter from the registered connection owner allowing the client to relocate his/her connection (if the owner is unable to file in the office).
- Relocation Fee – ₱ 200.00
- Proceed to the Customer Service Assistance Desk for evaluation of the clustering where water meter is to be transferred
- If passed on the evaluation, pay the relocation fee to the cashier at the cashiering section and ask for Official Receipt (OR)
- Ask for the schedule of relocation.
- Authorization letter from the registered connection owner allowing the client to change the account name to his/her name.
- Proceed to the Customer Service Assistance Desk to Submit the required document
- Bring Xerox Copy of S.C. ID Filled-up application for availment of Senior Citizen Discount
- Proceed to the Customer Service Assistance Desk.
- Submit all the requirements.
- Attend for orientation of policy in availment of SC Discount.
